ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT


The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for the Implementation of Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose qualifications, sales price, and shipping fee details are specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER from the website www.toptan.seymanaturel.com.tr belonging to the SELLER.


ARTICLE 3 - SUBJECT PRODUCT OF THE AGREEMENT


The Buyer accepts and declares under the provisions of this agreement that they have been informed about;

ARTICLE 4 - Order and Delivery


  • Orders placed outside working hours will be processed within the first working hour following the order.
  • Product delivery is made via the contracted cargo company within 1 to 7 business days, depending on the distance of your location. Customers are informed about delays that may occur due to disruptions in product supply or extended bank approval processes, and the order can be canceled upon request.
  • In the event that the requested products are not in stock, the customer will be informed, and the products will be procured within 1-3 business days.
  • The customer must provide the delivery address accurately when ordering the product. The seller fulfills their delivery obligation upon the delivery of the product to the specified address. The seller is not responsible for incorrect information.
  • Packages identified as damaged during delivery must not be accepted, a report should be drawn up if possible, and the SELLER should be contacted by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. If a new delivery is requested, it will be carried out as soon as possible.

ARTICLE 5 - Product Return


  • You can return the product within 7 days from the delivery date, in a secure box, without damaging its original packaging, without disrupting its resale eligibility, along with all accessories and box contents completely. The sales invoice must also be delivered along with the product (with all copies). If the invoice is issued in the name of a company, a return invoice must be issued. If the invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal liabilities cannot be refunded.
  • Returns are not accepted if there are any scratches, tearing, tape-labels, signs of use, missing box contents, or broken vacuums in vacuum-sealed products on the original packaging or the product itself.
  • In case of a product return, the shipping cost belongs to the customer.
  • The return process begins after it is determined whether the product complies with the return conditions.
  • Since the payment was made by credit card, when the product return is approved, instructions are given to the bank to cancel the transaction, and the bank initiates the refund process.

ARTICLE 6 - Other Provisions


  • The seller is not responsible for pricing errors arising from system errors.
  • The parties are deemed to have accepted this agreement.
  • In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Consumer Courts at the settlement of the BUYER (Customer) or the SELLER shall be authorized.

ARTICLE 7 - Data Security

  • All information you provide during registration is protected by the system where the product database is secured.
  • www.toptan.seymanaturel.com.tr undertakes not to disclose the personal and sensitive information gathered from users for any reason other than legal requirements without user consent, not to share such information with third parties or institutions, and not to misuse it.

ARTICLE 8 - User Security and Privacy
