Shipping and Delivery Policy


As the Şeyma Naturel family, we work with great care to deliver our most natural and high-quality products to you. We structure our shipping processes to ensure your orders reach you in the fastest and safest way possible:


1. Order Preparation Process

From the moment your order is confirmed, your products are prepared and packaged with great care by our expert team at our production facility (Darıca, Kocaeli). Your orders are generally handed over to the cargo company within 1-3 business days.


2. Shipping and Tracking


  • Shipping fees belong to the buyer in our wholesale orders.

  • Our company has a partnership with DHL eCommerce, and your orders are shipped via this carrier.

  • When your order is handed over to the cargo company, a notification is sent to your registered e-mail address.

  • You can easily track the stage and location of your order using your shipment tracking number.

3. Delivery Time

Orders handed over to the cargo company are generally delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on the distance of your location. (Note: Public holidays and force majeure events may affect the process.)

4. Important
 Considerations Upon Delivery

  • When your order arrives, we kindly ask you to check your package in the presence of the courier.

  • If you detect any damage, opening, or crushing of the package, please do not accept the package and have the courier issue a "Damage Assessment Report" (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı). This procedure is necessary for the rapid resolution of the process.

5. Shipping Fees

  • As Şeyma Naturel, we have an agreement with DHL eCommerce. Your orders will be shipped to your address via this carrier with shipping fees paid upon delivery (receiver pays).

  • If you have your own cargo agreement, your orders can be delivered to your preferred cargo carrier.

  • Shipping fees are always the responsibility of the buyer in wholesale orders.

  • Customers placing orders from abroad are required to arrange the pickup of our products directly from our company. For bulk orders, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance to obtain information regarding transportation.
