identity and contact data of our Solution Partners, Customers, and
Potential Customers will be processed based on their explicit consent for
the purposes of carrying out advertising, campaigns, promotions, and
sending commercial electronic messages. You always have the right to
request the cessation of communication regarding our advertising,
campaign, and promotion activities and the sending of commercial
electronic messages, and to withdraw your explicit consent.

data belonging to our solution partners is transferred to authorized
public institutions and organizations for the purpose of carrying out
activities in compliance with the legislation and providing information to
authorized persons, institutions, and organizations within the scope
foreseen by legal regulations; and to our solution partners, cargo
companies, suppliers, and banks to the extent necessary for carrying

6) Do We Transfer Your Personal Data Abroad?
Based on the rules within the framework of Article 9 of the
KVKK, it may be shared with third parties, business partners / suppliers
abroad.
7) How Can You Exercise Your Rights Regarding Your
