Your personal data specified in categories above are stored for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation if a period is stipulated; if no period is stipulated, they are stored for as long as our legitimate interest continues, taking the following criteria into account:

Your personal data is processed by Şeyma Naturel based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the KVKK, in line with the realization of the purposes explained above:

Being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation, being mandatory for data processing for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right, and being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person.
4. The identity and contact data of our Solution Partners, Customers, and Potential Customers will be processed based on their explicit consent for the purposes of carrying out advertising, campaigns, promotions, and sending commercial electronic messages. You always have the right to request the cessation of communication regarding our advertising, campaign, and promotion activities and the sending of commercial electronic messages, and to withdraw your explicit consent.

If you no longer want communication to be established for advertising, campaign, promotion activities, and commercial electronic message sending, you can use your cancellation right via the contact information you shared with us.

5) Do We Transfer Your Personal Data to a Third Party?

1. Personal data belonging to our visitors may be shared with law enforcement and judicial authorities for the purpose of resolving legal disputes and if requested pursuant to the relevant legislation.

Personal data belonging to our potential customers may be transferred to our solution partners to the extent necessary for our services to be performed properly, and to the law firm and judicial authorities from which we receive services in order to be used as evidence in potential future legal disputes.
5. Personal data belonging to our solution partners is transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations for the purpose of carrying out activities in compliance with the legislation and providing information to authorized persons, institutions, and organizations within the scope foreseen by legal regulations; and to our solution partners, cargo companies, suppliers, and banks to the extent necessary for carrying out/auditing business activities, conducting risk management processes, following up and conducting legal affairs, and ensuring that our services are performed properly. In addition, said personal data may be transferred to the law firm and judicial authorities from which we receive services in order to be used as evidence in potential future legal disputes.

Personal data belonging to our supplier employee is transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations for the purposes of carrying out activities in compliance with the legislation, providing information to authorized persons, institutions, and organizations, following up and conducting legal affairs, and carrying out/auditing business activities within the scope foreseen by the legal regulation; and to group companies, cargo companies, suppliers, our financial consultancy office, and banks to the extent necessary for the service to be performed properly. In addition, said personal data may be transferred to the law firm and judicial authorities from which we receive services in order to be used as evidence in potential future legal disputes.

Personal data belonging to our supplier authority is transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations for the purpose of carrying out activities in compliance with the legislation, following up and conducting legal affairs, providing information to authorized persons, institutions, and organizations, and carrying out/auditing business activities within the scope foreseen by legal regulations; and to group companies, suppliers, cargo companies, banks, and our financial advisor to the extent necessary for the service to be performed properly.
